Peter's incentive is structurally aligned with yours: he only earns if the right buyer finds the right property through the right agent.
The Partner Network
Peter maintains a small, deliberately limited network of vetted, English-speaking agents across the Algarve's four prime markets. Partners are selected based on track record with international buyers, English fluency, and willingness to operate transparently in the buyer's interest.
Submit a Private Inquiry
The inquiry form captures what Peter needs to assess fit: budget, area, property type, timeline. Reviewed personally, not by an assistant or algorithm.
Direct Response Within 48 Hours
Peter responds with a candid assessment: whether the Algarve fits, which area makes sense, what the realistic process looks like, and an introduction to the right partner agent if appropriate.
Agent Introduction and Search
Peter makes a personal introduction to the relevant partner. From that point, the agent drives the search, viewings, and transaction. Peter remains available for context throughout.
Transaction Support
Peter can connect buyers with vetted Portuguese attorneys, NIF specialists, and currency professionals at any point. This network is a resource, not a mandate.
What Peter Cannot Do
Peter is a licensed Connecticut real estate professional, not a licensed Portuguese agent, immigration attorney, or tax advisor. Qualified professionals — a Portuguese attorney and a US-Portugal tax specialist — are required for any transaction.
